Basketball Recap: West Vigo Takes a Loss

West Vigo was the 69-33 winner over Clay City when they last played one another back in February of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. The West Vigo Vikings took a 62-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clay City Eels on Tuesday. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Vigo now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Clay City, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

West Vigo will head out to face off against Sullivan at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Clay City, they will welcome Eastern Greene at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
