Volleyball Recap: Fremont Falls Short Against Ranked Syracuse

Fremont faced Syracuse in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Silverwolves fell just short of the Titans by a score of 3-2. The loss was the Silverwolves' first of the season.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Fremont sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-19, 26-28, 25-18, 20-25, 15-5.

Having lost for the first time this season, Fremont fell to 10-1. As for Syracuse, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-2.

Fremont didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Clearfield on the 28th. As for Syracuse, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Skyridge on the 28th.
