Softball Recap: Rockcastle County Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Rockcastle County entered their tilt with Casey County on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 1-0 W against the Rebels. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Rockets have posted since April 9th.

Not much got past Sydney Holcomb, who gave up just two hits to keep Casey County off the board. Holcomb has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in eight consecutive appearances.

The win got Rockcastle County back to even at 11-11. As for Casey County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-8 record this season.
