Soccer Recap: New Hope Snaps Five-Game Streak of Wins at Home

New Hope managed to keep up with West Lauderdale until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The New Hope Trojans came up short against the West Lauderdale Knights, falling 3-0. The shutout was out of character for the Trojans seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in December of 2024.

New Hope's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-6. As for West Lauderdale, they pushed their record up to 16-1-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road.

New Hope has already played their next game (against New Albany), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. West Lauderdale will take on Leake Central at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
