Watervliet entered their tilt with Greenville on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. In a tight matchup that could have gone either way, they made off with a 39-38 win over the Greenville Spartans. This was payback for the Cannoneers, who suffered a 56-55 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Watervliet is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. As for Greenville, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-2.

Watervliet will face off against Hudson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Watervliet has won four straight at home, while Hudson won three straight on the road), something that'll have to change. As for Greenville, they will take on Maple Hill at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
