Hill School is 9-1 against Peddie since January of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. Hill School is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another highly-ranked state team: Blair Academy, who was ranked sixth in their home state at the time (Hill School was ranked fourth). Hill School took a 75-65 hit to the loss column at the hands of Blair Academy on Wednesday. The Rams' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Peddie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 80-66 to Hun.

Peddie's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Hill School, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-2.

Hill School didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Peddie in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, but they still walked away with a 72-67 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hill School since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
