Basketball Recap: Twin Valley Beats Green Mountain for Their Second Straight Win

Green Mountain came into Tuesday's game looking for another win against Twin Valley, but Brayden Brown wouldn't allow it. The Twin Valley Wildcats secured a 58-52 W over the Green Mountain Chieftains on Tuesday thanks in part to Brown, who dropped a double-double on 29 points and ten boards. His evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Steve Oyer, who posted three points along with ten assists and five boards. Oyer is also crushing it when it comes to blocks: he's posted at least three every time he's taken the court this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Twin Valley and bumps their season record up to 2-1. As for Green Mountain, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Bellows Falls the next time they take the court. Twin Valley will head out to face Bellows Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Green Mountain will host them at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
