Recap: Little Axe Indians vs. Holdenville Wolverines
The Little Axe Indians lost against the Holdenville Wolverines back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Little Axe was outmatched by Holdenville on the road and fell 90-4. Little Axe was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 55-2.
Holdenville can attribute much of their success to Belle Mcfarland, who scored 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dah?myah Olden, who scored 11 points.
Little Axe's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Holdenville, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Little Axe will head out on the road to face off against Wayne at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holdenville, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on McLoud at 6:00 p.m. on December 5th.
