Basketball Recap: Lakeland Christian Takes a Loss

Lakeland Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 68-58 to the George Jenkins Eagles.

Despite the loss, Lakeland Christian still got an impressive performance from DJ Howard, who went 7 of 14 en route to 21 points. Another player making a difference was Joseph Donohue, who posted ten points and seven boards.

Lakeland Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for George Jenkins, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.
