Basketball Recap: Richford Piles Up the Points Against Blue Mountain

Richford hadn't done well against Blue Mountain recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Richford Falcons simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Blue Mountain Bucks 72-36. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 24 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Richford and bumps their season record up to 9-2. As for Blue Mountain, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-6.

Richford will take on Northfield at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Richford is facing Northfield at the right time seeing as Northfield is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Blue Mountain, they will head out to square off against Oxbow at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
