Texico is a perfect 10-0 against Eunice since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Texico Wolverines are taking a road trip to square off against the Eunice Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. Texico will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.

Texico can't be too worried about heading out to take on Eunice: they just beat Fort Sumner/House at home, who had been dominant on their own court up to that point. Texico came out on top against Fort Sumner/House by a score of 71-60 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Eunice took on Hagerman on Friday. Eunice fell just short of Hagerman by a score of 61-58. The contest was a 27-27 toss-up at halftime, but the Cardinals couldn't quite close it out.

Texico pushed their record up to 18-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.2 points over those games. As for Eunice, their loss dropped their record down to 16-6.

Everything came up roses for Texico against Eunice when the teams last played back in January, as the squad secured a 68-37 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Texico since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
