Basketball Recap: Kashmere Fighting Rams vs. Worthing Colts
Kashmere lost against Worthing back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Kashmere Fighting Rams lost 73-52 to the Worthing Colts. Worthing was led to victory by Courtland Sloan and KJ Roy. Sloan dropped a double-double on 22 points and ten boards, while Roy posted 20 points and seven rebounds. Sloan's evening made it 14 games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Boston Greenwood, who put up ten points.
Kashmere has traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 13 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for Worthing, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a massive bump to their 14-8 record this season.
Kashmere will challenge North Forest at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Worthing, they will square off against Furr at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
