            Baseball Recap: Great Oak Wolfpack vs. Chaparral Pumas        
        
		
        
        
            Great Oak won the last time they faced Chaparral and things went their way  on Wednesday too. The Wolfpack came out on top against the Pumas by a score of  7-2. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Wolfpack.
 Riley Kronenfeld tossed a big game,   striking out 12 batters over  5.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off   two  hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't  tossed less than seven  strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

 At the plate,  Sam Pink was  incredible,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with three  runs, two  doubles,  and one  RBI. Those  two  doubles gave  him a new career-high.  Jack Apodaca also deserves some recognition as  he  hit his first  double of the season.
 Great Oak  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Chaparral struck out 13 times.
Great Oak's record is now 8-13. As for Chaparral,  they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 11-8.
Great Oak will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Pumas: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 3:30  p.m.  on Friday.
