With a playoff win on the line, King's Academy rose to the challenge on Thursday. They blew past the Atlantic Christian Sharks 3-0. Winning may never get old, but the Lions sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

King's Academy got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. The final score came out to 25-11, 31-29, 25-18.

Isaiah McCoy paced King's Academy's offense, picking up 12 kills. McCoy got some help from Jake Manning and his 30 assists. Graysen Amestoy controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

King's Academy's win bumped their record up to 17-5. As for Atlantic Christian, they moved to 19-7 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

King's Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Calvary Christian Academy on the 6th. As for Atlantic Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Pine Crest on the 6th.
