You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Milford on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Turpin Spartans with a sharp 63-38 victory. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 25 points or more this season.

Violet Shuluga continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 18 points and 11 boards. That's the most rebounds she has posted since back in November of 2024. Gabby Chadwell was another key player, going 5 of 12 en route to 12 points in addition to five assists and four steals.

Milford was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their assist total in four consecutive games.

Milford is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.9 points over those games. As for Turpin, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-19.
