Soccer Recap: Cook Comes Up Short

Cook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Tift County Blue Devils. The Hornets were not able to make up for their defeat to the Blue Devils from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Cook's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Tift County, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Cook will welcome Appling County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Cook is facing Appling County at the right time seeing as Appling County is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Tift County, they will challenge Colquitt County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
