Basketball Recap: Prairie Home Makes It 18 in a Row at Home

Prairie Home had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.9 points) and they went ahead and made it eight on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 82-68 victory over the North Callaway Thunderbirds. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 131st, while the Thunderbirds are ranked 384th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

North Callaway lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Caleb Sheets, who went 5 for 10 en route to 14 points. Jamarion Glover was another key player, dropping a double-double on ten points and ten boards.
