Baseball Recap: Northwestern Comes Up Short on the Road Against Miami

Northwestern kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the Miami Stingarees, falling 9-0.

Northwestern saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was J. Williams, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Northwestern wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-10 victory against North Miami Beach on the 14th. As for Miami, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 13-1 win against Homestead on the 12th.
