Baseball Recap: Thurston Wins Going Away Against Caldera

The Thurston Colts made easy work of Caldera on Thursday and carried off a 13-3 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Colts.

Thurston's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Caldera, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Coming up, Thurston will venture away from home to square off against Churchill at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Colts are facing the Lancers at the right time seeing as the Lancers are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Caldera, they will host Wilsonville at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Caldera surely won't give up without a fight.
