Malvern Prep extended their winning streak to seven on Wednesday, bumping them up to 34-4. Everything went their way against the Perkiomen School Indians as they made off with a 7-1 win. Considering the Friars have won 28 games by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Perkiomen School, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-7. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

For Perkiomen School's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ian Perez, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base. Trent Kellogg also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Looking ahead, Malvern Prep will take on St. Georges Tech at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Perkiomen School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
