Flag Football Recap: St. Paul Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for St. Paul's offense. They were beaten by the Corona del Mar Sea Kings 35-0 on Saturday. While losing is never fun, the Swordsmen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 369th, while the Sea Kings are ranked 105th).

St. Paul's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Corona del Mar, their win bumped their record up to 11-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Paul will face off against Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Corona del Mar, they will be playing at home against Fountain Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
