Mancos's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They came out on top against the Nucla Mustangs by a score of 3-1. The Bluejays haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Mancos walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-21, 20-25, 25-15, 25-22.

Bailey Beh paced Mancos' offense, picking up 16 kills. Beh got some help from Tymbri Priestley and her 32 assists. Caylee Moore controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Mancos' win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Nucla, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-7.

Mancos didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Dove Creek on the 23rd. As for Nucla, after both having extra time off, they and Ouray will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
