Basketball Recap: Rockwood Comes Up Short

Rockwood was the 42-27 winner over Oliver Springs when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Rockwood Tigers fell 43-31 to the Oliver Springs Bobcats on Friday. The Tigers' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Rockwood's defeat dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Oliver Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 5-20.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rockwood will venture away from home to face off against Oakdale at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oliver Springs, they will face off against Coalfield at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
