Wilde Lake had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 53-48 W against the Long Reach Lightning. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 31-21 two weeks ago.

Wilde Lake pushed their record up to 7-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Long Reach, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.
