Soccer Recap: Carolina Friends vs. Burlington Christian Academy
Carolina Friends was the 4-3 winner over Burlington Christian Academy when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Carolina Friends Quakers took a 6-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Burlington Christian Academy Royals on Friday.
Carolina Friends' defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Burlington Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 4-6 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carolina Friends will stay at home for another game and welcome The Burlington School at 9:20 a.m. on Tuesday. The Burlington School is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.1 goals per game this season. As for Burlington Christian Academy, they will challenge Cristo Rey Research Triangle at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
