West Monroe faced Ruston in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Rebels sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 victory over the Bearcats. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 4-2 victory on Friday.
