Recap: Willapa Valley Vikings vs. Pe Ell Trojans
The Willapa Valley Vikings waltzed into Thursday's contest with two straight wins but they left with three. They came out on top against Pe Ell by a score of 37-25. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Willapa Valley also won the last time the pair played back in February.
Leading Willapa Valley to victory were Addison Merkel and Tylar Keeton. Merkel scored 8 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 steals, while Keeton scored 9 points along with 7 rebounds and 4 steals. Keeton hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games.
Willapa Valley's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Pe Ell, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
