West Forsyth extended their home winning streak to five games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Andrew Davis. The Wolverines strolled past the Marietta Blue Devils with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 31-17 thanks in part to Davis, who rushed for 233 yards and three TDs while picking up 11.1 yards per carry, and also picked up 69 receiving yards. His longest rush was for an incredible 71 yards.

West Forsyth's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Marietta, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, West Forsyth will head out on the road to face off against Parkview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Marietta, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against McEachern at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
