New Heights Christian Academy entered their tilt with Diamond on Friday with four consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with a 63-52 win over the Diamond Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 58-48 back in December of 2024.

New Heights Christian Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Logan Decker out in front who shot 67% from the field on his way to 22 points. Adam Stanton was another key player, dropping a double-double with 14 points and ten rebounds.

New Heights Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 21-6. As for Diamond, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-2.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cougars face off against the Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Diamond does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
