Magnificat waltzed into their game on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 63-51 victory over the Western Reserve Academy Pioneers. That's two games straight that the Blue Streaks have won by exactly 12 points.

Several Pioneers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jordyn Steindl, who went 6 of 13 to rack up 13 points. Brooklyn Hall was another key player, going 6 for 12 on her way to 14 points and three steals.

Magnificat pushed their record up to 15-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.4 points over those games. As for Western Reserve Academy, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-7.

Coming up, Magnificat is taking a road trip to take on Solon at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Solon has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Western Reserve Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Strongsville at 7:30 p.m.
