Azle came tearing into Friday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Eastern Hills Highlanders by a score of 2-0.

Jacqueline McClain paced Azle's offense, picking up seven kills. McClain were helped by Bailey Seward and Sophie Weger, who contributed six assists each. Seward was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Azle's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Eastern Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Azle has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Legacy on the 15th. As for Eastern Hills, they are headed away from home for the first time to challenge Grand Prairie at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
