Volleyball Recap: Buffalo Gap Puts Losing Streak Behind Them + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wilson Memorial, Buffalo Gap was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Riverheads Gladiators by a score of 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bison as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

While Buffalo Gap might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Riverheads scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 18-25, 25-20, 25-21.

Despite the defeat, Riverheads had strong showings from Chesney Dunlap, who had 12 digs and five aces, and Emily Herndon, who had 26 digs and three aces.

The victory got Buffalo Gap back to even at 3-3. As for Riverheads, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, Buffalo Gap will square off against Fort Defiance at 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Riverheads, they will take on Stonewall Jackson at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
