St. Aloysius's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They claimed a resounding 47-0 victory over the Manchester Academy Mavericks. The high-scoring effort was just what the Flashes needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

St. Aloysius now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Manchester Academy, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Aloysius will welcome Clinton Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Manchester Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Indianola Academy at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
