Jude Dunivin Crosses Big Stat Threshold

Sadly, Jude Dunivin posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Amarillo over Abilene on Friday. Dunivin rushed for 156 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also picked up 52 receiving yards. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (104.8) per game. His longest rush was for an incredible 70 yards.

Dunivin and Amarillo are taking a road trip to challenge Caprock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Dunivin will face off against Xavier Vargas, the Longhorns' star running back. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

A Season-Best Performance from Bryson Brown Leads Amarillo over Abilene

On Friday, Amarillo had to settle for second even though Bryson Brown put up the best numbers he has all season. Brown picked up 248 receiving yards and three touchdowns. The performance once again pushed his average receiving yardage north of 100 yards per game (117.4). He torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 76 yards.

This season, Brown has caught 4 touchdowns while averaging 117.4 receiving yards per game.

Jett Lopez's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Amarillo over Abilene
