Volleyball Recap: Hebron Wins Going Away Against Lake Station Edison

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Hebron had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Hawks in their matchups with the Fighting Eagles: they've now won six in a row.

Hebron found their leader in freshman Abby Hansen, who had six digs and four aces.

Hebron was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 21 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

Hebron's victory bumped their record up to 7-21. As for Lake Station Edison, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 16 of their last 20 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-21 record this season.

Hebron will face off against Andrean at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Lake Station Edison does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
