Volleyball Recap: ALA - Mesa North Takes a Loss

ALA - Mesa North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Rancho Solano Prep Mustangs, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-11, 25-13.

Rancho Solano Prep found their leader in sophomore Amaya Sugidono, who had five aces and three digs.

ALA - Mesa North's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Rancho Solano Prep, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-11 record this season.

ALA - Mesa North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Tempe Prep on the 27th. As for Rancho Solano Prep, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Trivium Prep on the 27th.
