Football Recap: Clark/Willow Lake Wins High-Profile Contest Against Deuel

Clark/Willow Lake faced Deuel in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Cyclones secured a 20-14 W over the Cardinals. 20 seems to be a good number for the Cyclones as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.

Clark/Willow Lake pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 26.0 points over those games. As for Deuel, their defeat was their first of the season and also makes their record 5-1.
