Basketball Recap: Seaforth Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Seaforth lost against Chapel Hill back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hawks were outmatched by the Tigers and fell 65-33.

When it comes to explaining why Seaforth lost, don't look at Declan Lindquist. Despite the final result, he posted 16 points and five boards. The game was Lindquist's fifth in a row with at least 16 points. Patrick Miller was another key player, putting up five points and three steals.

It was another big night for Niko Davis, who shot 70% from the field to rack up 17 points and three steals for Chapel Hill. That's the most steals Davis has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jeremiah 'Juice' McIlwaine, who put up eight points and six rebounds.

Seaforth now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Chapel Hill, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Coming up, Seaforth will take on Woods Charter at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chapel Hill, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Carrboro at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
