Mead waltzed into their game on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Centaurus Warriors as they made off with an 8-1 win. Mead might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by four goals or more this season.

They hit Centaurus with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Madelyn Wright (4), Katy Adler (2), Brooke Boatman, and Leah Rossiter.

Mead's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Centaurus, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-5.

Looking ahead, Mead will take on Palmer Ridge at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Palmer Ridge's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Mead's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Centaurus, they will challenge Silver Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
