Softball Recap: Strawn Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Strawn can now relate to. They came up short against the Jonesboro Eagles on Thursday, falling 17-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Greyhounds in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost four in a row.

Strawn's loss dropped their record down to 5-5-1. As for Jonesboro, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Strawn nor Jonesboro have any future games scheduled.
