Stone Ridge Christian extended their winning streak to four on Friday, bumping them up to 7-1. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 14-11 victory over the Mariposa County Grizzlies. The 14-point effort marked the Knights' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Having lost for the first time this season, Mariposa County fell to 7-1. They haven't had much luck with Stone Ridge Christian recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Despite the loss, Mariposa County still got an impressive performance from Rusty Bull, who rushed for 164 yards and one touchdown on only 15 carries. With that strong performance, Bull is now averaging an impressive 101 rushing yards per game.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Stone Ridge Christian is set to take on their familiar foe Gustine at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Mariposa County will square off against rival Waterford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
