Basketball Recap: Parkdale Comes Up Short

Parkdale lost against DuVal back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Parkdale Panthers took a 71-53 bruising from the DuVal Tigers. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why Parkdale lost, don't look at Isaiah Richards. Despite the final result, he went 7 of 12 en route to 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tavonte Martin, who posted 11 points.

Parkdale's record now sits at 5-11. As for DuVal, their win bumped their record up to 9-4.

Parkdale will take on High Point at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Parkdale is facing High Point at the right time seeing as High Point is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for DuVal, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the DuVal Tigers challenge the Northwestern Wildcats at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
