Softball Recap: Pequannock Makes It Three in a Row at Home

Pequannock won the last time they faced Becton and things went their way on Monday too. The Golden Panthers walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Wildcats.

Pequannock pushed their record up to 5-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Becton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-4-1 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pequannock will face off against North Bergen at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Becton, they will venture away from home to square off against Hawthorne at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
