Baseball Game Preview: St. Patrick Shamrocks vs. Fowler Eagles

The St. Patrick Shamrocks will square off against the Fowler Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Fowler will be up against a hot St. Patrick team: the squad just extended their winning streak to seven. The Shamrocks were the clear victors by a 15-2 margin over New Lothrop on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Fowler made easy work of Perry on Thursday and carried off a 12-2 win. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Ramblers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on Jesse Andros, who went 1-for-3 with four stolen bases and three runs. Those four stolen bases gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Katich, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Fowler always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .552. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Perry only posted an OBP of .238.

Fowler's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for St. Patrick, their victory bumped their record up to 12-1.

St. Patrick got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in May of 2025 against Fowler by a conclusive 7-0 score. Do the Shamrocks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
