Recap: Pembroke Dragons vs. Kendall Eagles
The Pembroke Dragons fought the good fight in their overtime game against the Kendall Eagles on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 48-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. Pembroke was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Kendall apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.
Despite the loss, Pembroke still got an impressive performance from Reagan Schneider, who scored 19 points along with 7 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Seneca Calderon, who scored 3 points along with 7 steals and 6 rebounds.
Pembroke's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Kendall, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Pembroke is on the road again on Monday and play against Akron at 6:30 p.m. on December 11th. As for Kendall, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Northstar Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
