Volleyball Game Preview: St. Francis Sharks vs. Crystal Springs Uplands Gryphons + How To Watch

After both having extra time off, the St. Francis Sharks and the Crystal Springs Uplands Gryphons will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Francis is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last five games.

On Wednesday, St. Francis was able to grind out a solid win over Pajaro Valley, taking the game 3-1.

Meanwhile, Crystal Springs Uplands came up short against Notre Dame on Tuesday and fell 3-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Gryphons in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost three in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 23-25, 25-18, 25-11.

Crystal Springs Uplands' loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for St. Francis, their victory bumped their record up to 19-7.

St. Francis couldn't quite get it done against Crystal Springs Uplands when the teams last played back in September of 2022 as they fell 2-0. Can the Sharks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
