Baseball Game Preview: Bellevue Eagles vs. Henrietta Bearcats

The Bellevue Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Henrietta Bearcats at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Bellevue has given up an average of 13.2 runs per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Bellevue managed to slip by Saint Jo the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles lost 12-2 to the Panthers on Friday.

Bellevue saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brycen Bancroft, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Henrietta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of Jacksboro.

Bellevue's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Henrietta, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-12.
