The win was a breath of fresh air for the Mustangs as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Munster's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-7. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.2 points. As for Griffith, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 7-8.
