Volleyball Recap: Appleton West Comes Up Short

Appleton West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the D.C. Everest Evergreens. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Terrors of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

Appleton West's defeat dropped their record down to 0-19. As for D.C. Everest, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-11.

Appleton West wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Luxemburg-Casco on the 27th. As for D.C. Everest, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Pulaski on the 27th.
