Sutherlin won the last time they faced Douglas and things went their way on Friday too. The Sutherlin Bulldogs simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Douglas Trojans 45-10. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 21 points or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Sutherlin and bumps their season record up to 16-7. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 2-21 Douglas and 6-14 South Umpqua. As for Douglas, their defeat was their 18th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-21.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sutherlin will take on Coquille at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Douglas, they will face off against South Umpqua at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
